The live site sends feedback through the site without opening the visitor's email app. A local offline copy may still use a pre-addressed email draft because browser files cannot send email by themselves.

Helpful details to include

If you are reporting a problem, include your browser, device, whether you were using 3D or 2D mode, and what you were trying to spin. Do not include private personal information or sensitive group data.
